Representative of Halong Explorer Tourism Company receives the product

Vtalk Vietnam's technical team has completed the deployment and delivery of 15 Vtalk Go 2025 translation machines to Halong Explorer Tourism Company over 3 working days from April 15-17, 2025 in Quang Ninh.

The project included the following items: surveying the specific translation needs on cruises (April 15), delivering and activating Vtalk Go 2025 devices for tour guides (April 16), and training on device usage and maintenance (April 17).

Training for tour guides on using the devices
"Our tour guides can now detail the history and geology of Halong Bay in 138 languages. This is a significant turning point in bridging communication gaps with international visitors, elevating the heritage tourism experience," shared Mr. Do Minh Quan, Director of Halong Explorer.

Notably, the Vtalk Go 2025 translation machine is equipped with a high-capacity 3000mAh battery and an offline Vietnamese translation mode, ensuring continuous operation during long tours on the bay – where network signals are often unstable. The device is designed to withstand high humidity and is compatible with marine environments, while also integrating a global eSIM for internet connectivity in all bay areas.

Results after 1 month of use (April-May 2025): 100% of international tours are equipped with translation machines, a 35% increase in 5-star reviews on TripAdvisor, the company has expanded to serve 7 new markets (Germany, Italy, Spain, Russia, Turkey, South Korea, and Arabia), and 25 tour guides have become proficient in using the devices in all communication situations with guests.
